The Agile Mindset: The Key to Being Agile Not Just Doing Agile
The talk will explain why Agile is a Mindset, not a process, nor a methodology. This session is not only intended for people new to Agile but also people that have been doing Agile but feel that they are still not being Agile. We will explore the Agile mindset and how to be value-driven and flexible in the way we think and behave not just do iterations and stand-ups. The talk will help decipher why most Agile implementations are challenged with a culture change and why many Agile teams end up doing just the “rituals” of Agile instead of truly embracing the mindset, values and principles.
