Agile teams need Facilitators who can facilitate agile practices, foster effective collaboration, support meaningful dialogues and enable team decision making.

In this interactive session we’ll explore the stance and skills of an Agile Team Facilitator and learn techniques for facilitating agile teams.

Marsha is the CEO of TeamCatapult, a unique consulting company helping organizations realize breakthrough performance through people-oriented change. She has over 17 years of experience designing and facilitating organizational change initiatives for both public and private sector organizations such as EMC, Caterpillar, Booz Allen, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, DuPont, Digex, Department of Homeland Security, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Small Business Administration, and Census Bureau.

Marsha is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Certified Change Management Professional (CMP), Certified ICAgile Professional, Certified ICAgile Team Facilitator and Team Coach. She is also a professionally trained coach in Co-Active Coaching (Coaches Training Institute) and Organizational and Relationship System (Center for Right Relationships).

Public Transportation

The Microsoft venue is very convenient to public transportation, right next to the Friendship Heights Metro stop on the Red Line.

Parking

There is a parking garage adjacent to the Microsoft facilities. Park in the Bloomingdale/Whole Foods lot. There's a small parking fee.
