Ken and fellow atheists,

First, who really cares how much money somebody makes?  To make that claim ( true or not) is apropos of nothing.

However, I do agree, Ken, that this group's threads of discussion can float into the stratosphere of hard to follow philosophical argument.  When going through many of these posts I find myself using two laptops to both read and then google what the hell it is I just read.  I am thankful for the opportunity to be entertained while  learning so many new things. While I agree with Ken that the level of discourse is often times brainy and above my (as someone else here put it) IQ grade, I disagree that it's just a bunch of intellectual back slapping.  Don and company are sharp individuals who have a lot to say.  Moreover, my views and ideas are sharpened when I throw my hat in and make the effort to contribute.  Without guys like Don, Joseph, Carl, Mathew, and others who post exceedingly clever arguments and essays then this discussion forum would not be special or hardly worth reading. Ken, perhaps you should just relax and allow yourself an opportunity to learn something new.

Do you see if in capitalism such life is a norm and human history is like that or worse? is a Nonsense because it is a very subjective opinion and not verifiable. If so, all humans are such bigots who are living on the planet Earth, otherwise they are homeless or dying. If you do not "protect your material wealth” you are stupid and you are going to extinct.

It looks like a communist idea about selfishness of humans.

    ...it's nice that Klim in the article you attached the link to was able to overcome what he did. The people in context to Klim were open enough to eventually accept him and I've lived in other parts of the country where this was the case. ...I'm just saying DC isn't one of those places.
