This is a group for chocolate lovers who are interested in learning about, and tasting fine chocolate.

We will taste and review unique chocolate bars made from different cacao varieties, origins and brands; Likewise, we will seek interesting bon-bons , truffles and other confections made with the finest chocolate.

I would like to organize events that will allow members to gain insight into subject such as:
a. The chocolate making process from bean to bar
b. Chocolate tasting and appreciate techniques
c. Pairings of chocolate and other food/beverages
d. Cooking with chocolate and chocolate making at home.

Everyone is welcome: white, milk and dark chocolate lovers alike. The only requirement is that you be open minded and willing to experience chocolate subjectively.
