The $2 charge is to recoup the costs of running this meetup. Please bring cash. Attendees will pay for their own dinner on separate checks.

Thanks for organizing this Charles. Perhaps we could also talk about the structure of the group itself and plan some more meetups.
BTW, on the calendar links, the Google one doesn't permit adding to Apps Premier, and the Outlook one adds an event calendar, rather than just adding the event itself. could get a bit cumbersome if you belong to a lot of groups!
