Volunteer at Heritage Family Day Series

Details
All season long the National Air & Space Museum have hosted their Heritage Family Day Event Series as a means to help museum goers understand how other cultures see and interact with the sky. On the April 9th, the theme for the final Family Day Event Series will be on "Exploring the Universe". More info can be found here (https://airandspace.si.edu/events/heritage-days/explore-universe/).
Volunteers will be utilized to help reinforce the family day theme and assist with questions from visitors. Also, we'll be dispersed to help with varying activity stations such as arts & crafts, making astronaut mission patches, small science and STEM related experiments, telescope observation and many more. This is an extremely fun and interactive volunteer event that shouldn't be missed by folks of all ages.
The National Air & Space museum is a short walk from the L'Enfant Plaza (Blue/Orange/Silver/Green/Yellow) so we'll plan to meet at the museum at 9.30am. Please direct any questions you may have to our service email at dcyp.service@gmail.com.
Hope to see you all there!
