Attaining Agile Proficiency - Presented by Jim York

Details

Agile is big. Not only is Agile the "in" thing, there's the abundance of methods, techniques, and practices, all claiming to be Agile. If you want to attain proficiency in Agile, what should you do next?

The journey to Agile proficiency can take many paths. How do you decide which path is the right one? Well, it depends on where you want to get to. For each stage of the journey, knowing where you want to arrive next is key to success. Goals serve as a sort of compass to guide your steps. This session takes a look at 4 dimensions of Agile proficiency, how these dimensions align with organizational goals, and how these goals provide direction and containers for skill development.
