    I have developed a funding tools for tech entrepreneurs to use via SBIR Proposals using virtual team concept as I intend to remain a one man company. SBIR stands for Small Business Innovatation Research via Persons with tech background physical science or life science, engineering , IT Telecom are "good fit" for this vehicle to virtual team.
