Adventure Murder Mystery

Murder Mystery With An Adventurous Twist

A fun-filled evening while solving a murder mystery. The catch? You will have to zip, swing, and climb to find the answers that will help solve this clue-based mystery. You think you have what it takes? Your night includes zany characters, yummy appetizers & drinks in Historic Savage Mill. Prizes awarded to winners.

DATE/TIME: /Saturday, July 13. Event starts promptly at 6:30pm.  Please make sure you give yourself enough time to beat traffic heading out and plan to be there by 6:15pm

COST: $70.00 (This is a package deal and the cost is the same regardless of if you partake of the beverages or food.) Must be paid via amazon payments to hold your spot.

Zipline: Experience the thrill of gliding through the trees 30 ft in the air at speeds up to 20 miles an hour as you travel on our 330 ft. long zip line. Guests glide along a suspended 3/8 inch steel cable using a pulley and comfortable climbing harness. Our Terrapin Rangers will make sure you are safely secure before you step off and experience the thrill of seeing the forest from a different point of view. First you cross a cable bridge to get to zip platform. Then you clip in and take off using gravity as your source of propulsion. You end up safely on the ground asking can I go again. We call it no sweat adrenaline!

Tower: See if you can scale the 12 routes up and down our 43 ft. high climbing tower. The views are great from the top where you can rest and relax under our canopy roof. You can see the Little Patuxent River from the top. Each of the four sides can accommodate two climbers at a time. TA employs auto belay systems for beginning climbers so you are completely safe as you tackle the challenging ascents and thrilling descents. For the more adventurous, TA has manual "just right" belay systems that it uses in its climbing lessons. We have flat routes for beginners and an overhang route for more advanced climbers. We have a vertical playpen with many interesting elements like the cargo net and dangle duo to enhance your climbing experience. For a unique descent, climb headfirst down the Rainbow Serpent or tube net. Giant Swing: Peer pressure man! Feel the Force! You and two friends strap into your harness as our patented winch system pulls you back and up to almost 40 ft. Then you are released with 2 G's of force as you swing back and forth over the landscape. High

Ropes Challenge: The ultimate challenge course with three levels taking you up to 40 ft. in the air! Nothing like it in the Mid-Atlantic! Start out by approaching the course via a cable bridge. Employs a continuous belay system, which means that you only have to secure your safety line once for each level, letting you focus on your next challenge with confidence. Each of the 18 traverses is designed to entertain and challenge participants. Try our islands in the sky, vine walk, loop walk, heebie jeebie, or eagle walk to name a few. Conquer them all if you can! You can auto belay down or test yourself on the leap of faith.

CARPOOL: Don’t forget if you want a ride or are willing to offer a ride – be a friend to the environment, save money, and make friends by just posting a message!! - Have a ride: Please post where you are coming from, what time, and how many spots you have. - Need a ride: Post that you need a ride and contact any offers via e-mail for those that are offering rides.

Is this activity still a go? It looks like 4-6 people are signed up and haven't seen any updates/activity in the discussion board. Its about a 2 hour drive for me, so I just want to make sure before I head up.
