This is more in the ultra-hike section but I won't call it an extreme hike.
It has been several months since my last long distance day hike and all my bones star making a well know noise (like a door hinge without grease) 15 miles hikes are not doing me any good anymore and I guess is time to push the limits one more time.

For this long distance day hike we won't have to travel 9 or 12 straight hour to the high peeks in the northern states so there will be NOT excuse for you not to attend, we can do it right here in our neighbor Shenandoah National Park.
This is a self-support hike and it will take place rain or shine.
