About DC-Let's Lounge not Club

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to DC Let's Lounge not Club Meetup Group! Times have changed. How many of us know people who are well into their 30's who are single and without kids? Married with nothing to do? With Children, but can no longer find adult things to do? Personally, I know tons. Some people choose to focus on their careers and some people are still building their careers. We all remember those days in college where dancing on tables was hot! or getting pissy drunk was all right, but those wild club days are behind us.

In fact, fifty years ago this sort of laissez-faire lifestyle was reserved for teenagers and people in their early 20's, but nowadays, we are healthy, active, older and guess what...single! But even though we are still single and free, our maturity dictates a social life that is a bit more substantive, and slightly more conservative in activity.

How many times have you gone to a club and just realize that you are not around a good quality of people? Well this group provides a very good quality of people who come out for the purpose of enjoying good conversation and creating new bonds of friendship.

So instead of getting our club on, let's get our lounge on! (We do this on the land and sea)
