The DC Metro Fitness program, created by a US Army veteran and Insanity certified instructor, Valentine, is a full body workout with emphasis on strength, cardiovascular, and core training. The goal of this program is to promote group fitness for a community of people who wants to have fun.

We will meet at both indoor and outdoor facilities across the DC metro area. Our approach will accommodate people with varying degree of fitness levels from beginners to athletes. Everyone is welcome!

If you?re tired of:

    buying fitness gizmos

need fitness as part of your life

hate working-out alone, and need a spice to your routine

paying for gym classes, memberships, and personal trainers who can?t deliver

being mesmerized by infomercials and the proverbial 15-minutes a day, three days a week slogan

Then, this fitness program is for you.

Primarily, we will do a lot of Insanity, military drills, and Valentine?s own ?The Drill?. Certified instructors and fitness enthusiasts will provide leadership and encourage you to dig deeper through motivation and professional support. In addition, expect to see other form of exercise as well, such as Hip Hop Abs. We might even invite a guest certified instructor to dial-it-up.

What you will get out of this program:

A better fitness results: A strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do in your workout. If you want to enhance your balance, improve your stability, and crank up your fat-burning intensity, all you have to do is come out to play.

Build a better core: Every motion you make either originates in your core or moves through it. That's why revolutionary set of non-stop drills specifically tighten and strengthen every muscle throughout your core, so you can get the best results of your life.

We will get to where we want to be: You come out. You push hard. And you stay focused! This is how you get your core ready to take on any challenge, and at the same time melting off your pounds from head-to-toe. After few weeks of determination and persistence, you'll be amazed at the difference in how you look and how you perform.
