HP announcement party and Idea-o-rama

With HP/Palm holding their big event in San Francisco on 2/9, I thought that evening would be a good chance for the group to get together, talk over the announcements that have been made, and celebrate a bit.

This may be a joint event with one or more other groups in the area. I'll update this as details become available.

The other part of this event, the Idea-o-rama, is something I've been pondering for a while and want to get launched. It's an open discussion for people (including non-developers) to bring up ideas that they'd like to see made into apps, where devs can then take those on and possibly collaborate with the originator if appropriate. An idea can be anything from "I'd like to see [XYZ app on other platform] ported over with the PDK" to something totally brand new.

If you have ideas to share, say so when you RSVP. You don't need to go into detail on the event page. For instance. I have 4 ideas to share and hope that some of the rest of you will too.
