WELCOME TO THE DDFW BICYCLING MEETUP
The DDFW bicycling group is a collection of riders with broad interests. It's a chance to get out, enjoy friends and fresh air, and get a little exercise in the process.
Our events cover group covers Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and Collin counties and other surrounding areas.
Our road trips can range from 20 to 100 miles and typically are lead by folks who participate in sponsored events.
Our trail rides can range from a few miles to about 25 miles for the most part and are typically flat with paved roads or crushed stones. There are some rail trails that go much farther.
Our off-road trails range from a few miles to about 12 miles. Some very challenging while others are not so.
We also enjoy planning meetings at many of the local bike rallies and other organized rides. We try to plan events for different levels of riders. So you don't have to be an expert to be a part of this group.
Cyclists are responsible for their own safety. We do require helmets on all our rides and no headphones used on both ears are allowed on most event to ensure proper safety where vehicular traffic is concerned.

It is *supposed* to be ready (not flooded) by then. If it is still flooded, I am thinking about Oak Cliff Nature Preserve as an alternate. We will ride somewhere weather permitting.
