Meetup Description: If you have writer?s block right now, join us and come away inspired to write. If creativity is already your passion, join us and light that passion on fire.

Special guest author, Kittie Beletic, will take us on a ?joyous adventure of possibilities? that will lead your mind through your heart and straight to your dream. As the author of 50 musicals and over 500 songs, Kittie is also the co-founder of Repertory Company Theatre in Dallas. In addition, she is an accomplished artist and illustrator. She will be exploring the nature of creativity using your ideas and helping you discover how a thought becomes a reality through the simple act of trying. You will find her joy and creativity very contagious.

Kittie?s book, What Color is Your Dream? was originally written for adults but her publisher, Brown Books, encouraged her to market the book to a children?s audience. She will share with you some innovative ideas for marketing your book, whether it is for children or adults.

Joining Kittie is another fireball of energy and creativity, Sandra Samuel of Word Out Communications. Sandra is a Toastmasters' Area 61 Governor and member of two Toastmasters Groups. Sandra recently was the District 50 Kickoff TLI Site Chair at Collin County Community College and the immediate past VP of Membership for Town North Trendsetters (TNT) Toastmasters, ?A President?s Distinguished Club and Home Club of the 2008 World Champion of Public Speaking, LaShunda Rundles!? Sandra is also the District 50 Spring Conference Committee Member. She does all of that besides running her own business.

Sandra Samuel will give us presentation techniques we can use in our own speaking engagements when we are marketing our published books. She will also extend avenues to us for potential speaking opportunities besides helping us to envision creative marketing options for future events.

Don't miss a day of fun in the fires of creativity! RSVP to save your space.
