I noticed the prevalence of the Chinese economy in the world and thought it would be a good investment to learn Mandarin Chinese. Through learning the language, I became interested in Chinese culture and history as well.
It has been about a year since I have had the chance to practice any Chinese, so my language skills have greatly deteriorated. I would love to reach native level fluency, even though I know it will be a lot of hard work.
I spent six months in Wuhan and it was an absolute blast! I did not want to come back!
