DALLAS: Overcoming the fear of Sprint Retrospective

Sprint Retrospective is by far the most under utilized and under appreciated meeting. Team members dread to go these meetings. Every ScrumMaster has their own technique on how they overcame this and still there is always room to grow. Can we request a retro meeting please? Where we can share some thoughts on how differect ScrumMasters of our group handle it & has seen success? :)

    Little off my game last night since I did not make it to south lake. I am looking for work so have to step it up a notch to get in a contract or permanent position by the end of July. Great night with trust being at the core of my relationships and apparently everyone's else's. If you cannot say what need to be fixed you cannot address what need to be fixed. The "pain" will go on as in kicking the can down the road.

      That is something we are facing in a large corporate environment as well. I would do my best to get familiar with the team on a personal level and build trust that way. They want to perform better because they know me and do not want to let me down. Same goes for knowing and staying involved with the product owner.

    As I move my career forward these are important details to consider. Disconnects should be identified before they become a problem that affects ongoing team dynamics.
