Shochu, mizu-wari (mixed with water). Light, but powerful. Ocha (powdered green tea) is also good--especially on colder days.
SALMON!! Any way they make it.
Quite addicted. I prefer kaiten (conveyor belt-based) sushi restaurants. I know it's a long-shot here in Texas, but if there any such places, let's try and have a meetup there!
