About us
(DIG) Diversified Investor Group Subgroup Meetings are a smaller-scale version of the DIG MAIN (general membership) meeting, the overall premier place to network! Subgroups are designed as networking groups for current DIG members to share ideas, deals and experiences, support one another, increase education, and have fun!
Meetings are scheduled once a month and are divided into two categories: geographic and special interest. The geographic subgroup meetings are held in the area in which DIG members reside, and/or where the member is planning to or is currently investing. The special interest subgroup meetings are geared toward a particular area of interest for which DIG members wish to learn more about, such as rehabbing and vacation rentals.
Subgroups are held in many locations and in various counties in the tri-state area. You must be a member of DIG to attend the subgroups as they are a benefit of membership. If you are not a DIG member you can attend any subgroup meeting for a $19.99 monthly membership fee. This fee is a membership and allows you to attend all the other meetings a a member for the month. You MUST pre-register if you plan on attending a subgroup meeting.
***Please always check out website for accurate Meetings and Times and any possible cancelations before attending***
Our DIG MAIN meeting is held on the THIRD THURSDAY of the month at The Whitemarsh Valley EC - 493 S Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington, PA 19034 starting at 6pm. Guests may attend one DIG Main meeting for FREE, then must JOIN DIG to attend the subgroups.

How to Die Right as a Real Estate Investor
(And What to Do if You Don’t Die, But Can’t Run the Business)
With Robert MohonYou’ve spent years building your portfolio.
Maybe decades.
You’ve acquired rentals. LLCs. Partnerships. Notes. Seller-financed deals. Options. Contracts. Relationships. Systems. Now ask yourself a simple question:
If something happened to you tonight, who would know what to do with all of it tomorrow morning?
Most investors assume a will or trust solves the problem.
It doesn’t.If you’re alive but unable to make decisions, who can collect rents? Pay bills? Handle lenders? Sign contracts? Manage rehabs? Deal with partners? Protect your income?
And if you’re gone, will your family know what you own, where the documents are, what deadlines matter, who needs to be called, or what should be kept versus sold?
For many investors, the answer is a hard no.And that’s how wealth meant to be “generational” and built over decades can be damaged, delayed, or lost in a matter of months.
In this practical workshop, Robert Mohon will help you build more than an estate plan. You’ll begin creating a real-world operating system for your financial life.
You’ll discover how to:- Identify what happens to your assets if you die or become incapacitated
- Determine who has authority to act in each situation
- Inventory your real estate, entities, debts, contracts, and unusual assets
- Identify financial and contractual “time bombs” that require immediate attention
- Spot weaknesses in wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, and entity documents
- Choose the right people to make legal, financial, and real-estate decisions
- Create an “If Something Happens to Me” operating file
- Build a practical action plan to protect your family and your legacy
If your goal is true generational wealth, this workshop is essential.
Because wealth isn’t just what you leave behind: it’s whether the people you leave it to can successfully manage it.
Your investment is only $47 by September 10th if you’re a member, $97 by September 10th if you’re not (but since it only costs $30 a month to join, it’s smarter to do that, and get access to our other 20 monthly meetings, and save $50).
After September 10, the investment is $67 for members and $127 for nonmembers.
**Express Success Members **are FREE (but you do have to register).
Yes, this workshop will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording, so register even if you can’t attend live.100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
