What we’re about
(DIG) Diversified Investor Group Subgroup Meetings are a smaller-scale version of the DIG MAIN (general membership) meeting, the overall premier place to network! Subgroups are designed as networking groups for current DIG members to share ideas, deals and experiences, support one another, increase education, and have fun!
Meetings are scheduled once a month and are divided into two categories: geographic and special interest. The geographic subgroup meetings are held in the area in which DIG members reside, and/or where the member is planning to or is currently investing. The special interest subgroup meetings are geared toward a particular area of interest for which DIG members wish to learn more about, such as rehabbing and vacation rentals.
Subgroups are held in many locations and in various counties in the tri-state area. You must be a member of DIG to attend the subgroups as they are a benefit of membership. If you are not a DIG member you can attend any subgroup meeting for a $19.99 monthly membership fee. This fee is a membership and allows you to attend all the other meetings a a member for the month. You MUST pre-register if you plan on attending a subgroup meeting.

With their “hands on” experience, Karen and Michael help borrowers understand the After Repair Value of a distressed property, as well as whether a construction schedule is on target.
