Introduction to Performance Cycling Class and TRX Suspension Training

These are 2 sessions in a row at the Cycling Center White Rock Lake. The first hour is a beginners performance cycling class. You will need to bring your own bike(let me know if that is an issue we have loaner bikes). We will show you how to set up, experience the software we use for the workouts, and help explain wattage and how to use the information you are seeing about your workout to make you a smoother, more efficient and knowledgeable cyclist. If you have ever heard or wondered about "training with power" in terms of cycling, this will be a great introduction to it.
After that I will do an introduction to TRX suspension training. This is an introductory class as well. It is perfect for someone who is interested in trying out some fun and alternative pieces of fitness equipment, and would like to experience and try them out in a shorter, less intimidating session with other participants who are at the same level.
We will go over TRX suspension training, elastic resistance and the battling ropes. We will present and explain the different methods and how they work. These are all tools that is used correctly, can help you to not only have more strength and stamina, but also prevent injuries, correct deficient movement patterns, and feel and move better during both exercise and daily living activities.
