Dance Days Boston - Arlington feature a one hour cardio dance workout at your level to help you enjoy life a bit more. Using Guinea and other African dance as well as HipHop and Jerk, Fanta will weave an hour of shear delight.

Dance Days are on Mondays at 6PM at The DrumRoom, 50 Tufts Street, (Gibbs School), Arlington, MA 02474 Lost Call 617.686.6080 Easy to get to and easier to park!

Come join at whatever level of fitness you are at. Fanta is great at making it work for all. 4 - 84!

If you want to spend your lunchtime losing pounds, getting your heart in shape, lowering cholesterol WHILE learning some African dance steps as well as more modern street forms, this is for you.

$10 a session. Drop-ins okay. Just come! Wear loose fitting clothes, bring water. Plan on a really fun and rewarding time!

Your organizer will refund you if:

  • The class is canceled by me of Fanta. If the weather causes the class to be canceled. If you pay for 10 classes an get a dance card, you may take those classes at any time during a one year period.
