Meetup with others interested in losing weight, staying fit, and becoming healthier while having fun doing it. The spirit of this group is relaxed and joyful. Its purpose is to have a good time while getting a great workout. It is our hope that you not only get into better shape, but also develop a few friends along the way that support and help motivate you to continue living a healthier lifestyle.
Our meetup is designed to give you a total body dance fitness workout in one (1) hour. We ensure the music is great so that you feel like you're dancing instead of doing regular aerobics. We incorporate dance moves such as hip-hop, ballet, Latin, and African with traditional cardio, strength, and flexibility training exercises.
Session starts promptly at 9 AM. Please come 15 minutes early to register/sign-in. Read more
