This class is a lot of fun, a great workout and has great music with a focus on core and abdominal strength and overall strength matched with flexibility. It is created for men and women from a mix of stability/core exercises, sports conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, and also warm-up and stretches from modern, jazz, and ballet techniques. Ends with 45 minutes to an hour of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
• Strong focus on the abdominal
muscle and core strength with execution
of correct body alignment and breath
control to achieve the best results.
• Includes rhythmic combinations to
music scientifcally designed to balance
strength and flexibilty on each side of
the joints.
• Improves fluidity and grace of
movement, posture, balance, and muscle
control with the ability to isolate
unneeded muscle tension.
• Ends with Yoga meditation to
healing music.
