Dance your Soul is a way to express ourselves through movement, dance and meditation. We join in the spirit of community and welcome all. We wanted a place where people are free to express themselves and support one another. No dance experience necessary, come with an open mind and a loving heart. The music is a mix of World, New Age , Pop, Ambient,Tribal, Instrumental and Reggae. We meet at two locations:
