Join us at the 3 upcoming rehearsals the first 3 Wednesdays of November. Where: Historical Sweet Ballroom, Downtown Oakland at 1933 Broadway Time: 5:30-7PM (right before Ecstatic Dance). Rehearsal Fee: $5-$25 in support to OccupyDance efforts to produce a viral film. ***No one turned away for lack of funds. Note that it's ok if you can only come for 2 or the 3 rehearsals. The 3rd one is mandatory though. This is a powerful opportunity for the Bay Area Dance and Art community to collaborate in a transformative way as we face one of the most critical time in history as we use the power of dance as vehicle for transformation and ignite the new Dream that wants to emerge. This is the story of a system that is dying and another that is wanting to birth. Whether you are part of 5 Rhythms, ecstatic dance, contact improv, biodanza, modern, jazz, tap, break dancing community or have only been dancing by yourself in your living room, join us. We would love your presence and energy. It’s going to be extraordinary and life changing. This Flash Mob is intended to stir the hearts and souls for hundred of thousands of people if not millions. It’s created to reflect both an inner transformation as well as an outer transformation that is called forth in this movement to see real, positive and sustainable change, at one of the most critical time in history.
