It’s true! Darwinian Alabamians do exist! Darwin's Tavern is the only group on meetup.com in the science category in Birmingham. Join us for intelligent, casual conversation and your choice of adult beverages. We usually meet at the On Tap Sports Café on the Galleria perimeter which has 85 beers on tap! That's the most for any restaurant in the Birmingham area. We start with a toast to Charles Darwin, and from there the conversation can go just about anywhere. If you have a Darwinian view of life or want to learn more about Darwinian evolution, please join us for our next meetup. Our group includes students and professionals. Discussion topics are often about science, but it is not unusual for us to wander into related and unrelated topics. Come and check it out.
