DASHING DIVAS is for enthusiastic runners of all fitness level who enjoy running to clear the mind, keep healthy or just to lose weight.  Group runs will be organized primarily over the weekend. Potential late night runs will be organized based upon the interest of active group members/attendees.  For runners, who struggle with sticking to a running/fitness schedule, this group can provide the opportunity to link up with a running buddy, to help motivate each other to stay on track, and most importantly provide safety, especially during late runs.

Runners should be able to, or train to, run up to a 5K (3.1 miles) and beyond - I see group races in our future ladies!

We welcome women of ages 21 and up.  Just bring your sneakers and a great attitude. MP3 player - optional.
