Jacki is an academically published researcher in genomics and clinical research with over 10 years of analytical experience. She currently works at Random House where she focuses her efforts at measuring marketing effectiveness. She and her coauthor Eric Novik are working on a book to be published by Apress, entitled Predictive Analytics with R.
