Project Accelerator Night
Details
Hola Amigos!
You're invited to our first Project Accelerator Night!
For this event, we will be featuring Teach For India, Digital Green, Arghyam, Janaagraha and Karnataka Learning Partnership.
We have space for just 40 data volunteers for the PAN. If you or your friends or acquaintances would like to attend, please fill out our online form (http://goo.gl/forms/WTTh3azC1J). If your skill set aligns with the projects on board, we'll send out a formal invite to you with location and other details.
Five great organizations have confirmed their participation for the Project Accelerator Night (PAN). They will present the high-impact work they are doing and discuss real data challenges they face. We will get an opportunity to interact with them and ideate on potential solutions that can help improve their effectiveness in the field. Note: There will only be data samples, no actual data or coding.
The PAN will be followed by a Data Jam (end of January'15), which is open to all. Please keep your calendars booked for the Data Jam for sure! :)

Karnataka Learning Partnership
The Karnataka Learning Partnership is a public platform where all the stakeholders involved in primary education can participate and contribute to the cause of ensuring better schools and education for all children in Karnataka. This effort envisages a system where a network of nonprofits working across multiple verticals - education, health, nutrition etc., will bring their data together to present a factual assessment and this will be used to galvanize community led ownership of the public schooling system to drive change.
