Beta Test Apache Cassandra Certification

Details
The meetup will be a bit different for this month. Please keep in mind it is not geared towards Apache Cassandra beginners or people interested in learning more, it is for individuals who feel like they are proficient with Apache Cassandra. If you are a beginner and or are just interested in learning more, join us for our free Cassandra Summit 2015 in September, you can find more details here (http://cassandrasummit-datastax.com/).
As most of you know at Cassandra Summit 2015 DataStax will be partnering with O'Reilly Media to administer the first ever certification program for Apache Cassandra, with Administrator and Developer certification available. This is the very first time we are doing this, so we are taking every step to ensure it is done properly. One part of this is beta testing the actual certification test and this is where we'd like to enlist your help to provide feedback on the beta; and in return you will get a voucher to take the certification test for free when it's generally available to the public in late September.
For the beta test we are looking for Administrators and Developers who are proficient in Cassandra because we will not be offering training at this event, only the beta test. If you would like to prep in advance, we will be sending the materials needed two weeks prior to the event. If you have any questions or concerns, email Lina at ltran@datastax.com.
Seats are limited so if you feel like you are proficient in Cassandra and would like to take part in the beta testing, you can rsvp here (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/beta-test-apache-cassandra-certification-tickets-17802115607).
*PLEASE NOTE: This is not the actual certification test, if you do well on the beta you do not get certified. You will have to take the actual certification test at a later date in order to get certified.
