Hi there! I've fallen in love..with yoga. Or maybe it's an addiction at this point? Regardless, I became a dedicated yogi several years ago and look for any excuse to take a class, sign up for a workshop, or, if my schedule allows, go on a retreat
My practice really started about four years ago when I moved about five short blocks away from a yoga studio, and since then I've become a pretty dedicated student, hitting probably between 4-5 classes a week, sometimes more if I'm lucky.
I am so grateful to have discovered yoga when I did and yoga has enriched my life in so many different ways. On the physical level, yoga can be a very challenging and demanding workout, but unlike other physical activities, yoga works on so many deeper levels, from the emotional to the spiritual to feeling a much greater sense of community. Yoga has also introduced me to some wonderful teachers who have the most amazing energy, knowledge and spirit. I've also made some amazing friends who, like me, absolutely love yoga, and also look to find deeper meaning in their practice, whether on the mat or off the mat. I've also gone on the most amazing yoga retreats, traveling the world each year with a great group of people, exploring such places as Italy, Thailand and Bali, with many more retreats to come (hopefully).
Hey Adam! So excited for you to come down to the workout this Friday!! Its going to be really fun :) Text me for detail on where we meet up! [masked]
