Interns. Can You Use Them? How To Find Them and Create a Win/Win Relationship.

I'm sure that there is not one amongst us who has not uttered these hapless words
"I NEED HELP!"
I have never met one small business, let alone a multi-national, that has ever said "I have enough time, people and money to run my business." If you've ever thought about hiring an intern, but didn't know who, what where, when and how ... you won't want to miss this upcoming event.
I've personally struggled with these questions and have since learned that there is bewilderment on both sides of the fence. The interns also do not know what to expect and hence are apprehensive, as well.
Let's take the mystery out of it! We live in a city that is rich with intelligent, skillful talent, both in the employer world and the student world (for now, ala UC Davis). From a personal perspective, I've been working on a "templatized" way to work with interns within my own company.
I'd like everyone to benefit from my experiences, as well as Monto Kumagai's and other companies in Davis who have used interns. On the flip side, you can hear from attending students who are potential interns. And, finally, we will have a representative from UC Davis who can speak directly about internships.
So, gear up! This will be a packed meeting ... sign up today.

P.S. We are hoping this new venue works for everyone. In fact, I personally think it's ideal because: 1) we don't have to pay to use the venue 2) they have food and drinks that we can buy based on our own personal needs.
