What we’re about
This group is perfect for the voracious reader/wine enthusiast, and especially those who may be new in town or who are looking to make new friends. We are a monthly(ish) book club founded in August 2014, a group of women who get so much more out of a book (and a bottle of wine) when given the chance to share it with friends. In the past years since this club was founded our reading selections have covered lots of genres and themes: NYT bestsellers, literature/fiction, young adult, self-help-ish, memoirs, etc. Books are typically selected a few months at a time based on groups consensus at recent meetups. Any and all suggestions are welcome, as we should all embrace reading outside the box once in awhile. Meetups happen in public and all are welcome...even if you didn't quite get to the book but could use a night out and a glass of wine (or beer or whiskey...whatever)! Please feel free to PM us or post a comment if you have any questions or are apprehensive about joining. We love new people and many of us have found this group to be a great way to make some new friends!
