2012 Atlanta Caribbean Carnival Parade of Bands

Experience one of the more colorful parades in Atlanta, and have fun shooting while doing it. This is the 24th anniversary of the festival. There will be costumes and bands in this parade which begins on West Peachtree Street and travels to the Festival Village on Auburn Avenue. The parade begins at Noon, but please plan to meet at the Civic Center MARTA Station at 10:45 to insure that we are all together at the start of the parade. You may wish to walk all the way to Auburn Avenue and do more shooting at the Festival Village.

Those wishing to meet and ride MARTA, we will be meeting on the upper level, outside the gate area, at the Avondale MARTA Station at 10 AM and will ride downtown together.

We realize this Meetup conflicts with our Dignity Shoot, but since the Dignity Shoot only involves 9 members, we thought everyone might enjoy having a fun shoot on this Memorial Day weekend.
