Nia Dance with Erica (Love your body, Love your Life!)

This is my Special - Sacred Sunday - class, as I like to call it. This particular class tends to go a little longer than a typical Nia class with the intention to let us go even deeper into the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms of the dance. Further, this class focuses on community with lots of time to share what is going on in each of our lives and simply connect. We spend so much time either living in our minds or living online through all of this advanced technology, that I find it to be incredibly healing to step away from all of this and into the dance. I encourage everyone to dance and to find their own way of moving which heals the entirety of their (your) being. I love the community that we are building together through this beautiful Nia dance.

Also, this will be regularly priced at the Decatur Healing Arts, $15 for drop-ins and reduced rates for those with class cards, volunteers, etc.
