"Happy Hour" at Lullwater Park!

Lullwater Park is located on the campus of Emory University (near downtown Atlanta, downtown Decatur, VA Hospital). Beautiful park with paved, dirt, and gravel paths (single and double track). There are hills, beautiful trees, mill ruins, flowing water and a fabulous swinging bridge! Some hills are more challenging than others but, terrain not too technical. We'll loop around to hit a few more than once. I plan to run 60-70minutes, but please feel free to run more or less. (variable pace). For balance, we'll wrap it up with a bit of upper body and core exercises. All levels welcome.
*For those interested, there is an option to grab a bite to eat afterwards!
*Parking lot of the Center is off Clifton Road on Gatewood. Turn onto Gatewood, take right into big parking lot. Go all the way to back and park. The park's entrance is just a hop-skip-jump away! Open parking after 4PM
