"Happy Hour" at Lullwater Park!

Lullwater Park is located on the campus of Emory University (near downtown Atlanta, downtown Decatur, VA Hospital). Beautiful park with paved, dirt, and gravel paths (single and double track). There are hills, beautiful trees, mill ruins, flowing water and a fabulous swinging bridge! Trails/Hills not too technical. We'll loop just a bit. I plan to run about 60 minutes, but please feel free to run more or less. (variable pace). For balance, we'll wrap it up with a bit of upper body and core exercises ("mad minutes"). All levels, Walkers and Runners!

*For those interested, there is an option to grab a bite to eat afterwards!

*Parking lot of the Center is off Clifton Road on Gatewood. Turn onto Gatewood, take right into big parking lot. Go all the way to back and park. Open parking after 4PM
