Self-organizing hackathon

Inspired by nomic games (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nomic) we aspire to create a Nomic DAO hosted on Ethereum.

The core conditions would be:

(1) Self-evolving
(2) Fun
(3) Involving some set of non-financial incentives
(4) Ideally evolving to be useful for some task other than game play for its own sake
