This month, Decoded Fashion members can preview a special pop-up venue: LAUNCH NYC (http://www.launchnyc.co), a space created by Manufacture NY (http://manufactureny.org/) to showcase rising brands during the upcoming New York Fashion Week, combining a state-of-the-art runway with luxurious retail and showroom space. Designers can show their latest collection on the runway, under the best lighting and sound conditions, to fashion's top press, wholesale buyers, loyal customers and VIPs.

For this event, we joined forces with Open Source Fashion (http://www.meetup.com/OpenSourceFashion/). We'll kick-off the event sharing with you the venue concept and a short panel discussion with two founders showing their collections at the space, and Bob Bland of Manufacture NY.

Three start demos will follow showcasing technology resources and services that emerging designers should be utilizing to expand their businesses:

1. SOURCE4STYLE - An online textiles tradeshow for emerging fashion designers. This B2B platform allows consumers to discover the latest suppliers around the globe.

2. NOW IN STORE - A publishing tool in beta allowing designers on Etsy & Shopify to create, view, and share their collections through customized digital catalogs.

3. BEFORE THE LABEL - a crowdfunding platform in beta that lets consumers decide which fashion items get produced.
