When I (Angela C_L) worked outside of my home I had plenty of work friends, but now I sometimes feel isolated and overwhelmed. I realized that I needed to find others who felt the same way.
I named this group Delaware Valley Homemakers, but I see that there are already several homemaker/moms groups in Delaware County and in Philadelphia.
While exploring this website, I noticed that there were folks in the Lower Merion area who were looking for this kind of group.
I decided to take a leap of faith and start one.
So ... Whether you have children or not, are young or not, are married or not, are female or not, are conservative or not, suburban or not, the Lower Merion Homemakers group is a good place to meet others who work in the same career field.
Please join me in getting this group up and running so we can schedule a Meetup before the end of March.

“My husband and I recently from Center City to Bala Cynwyd. I do not have any local friends; therefore, I am looking forward to meet other parents with little babies (6.5 months pregnant) and with young kids (my daughter is 11 and my son 14).”
