I'm starting this group because I can't find a group or car club that suits me. I want to find a group of like minded car enthusiasts that like to get out and drive enthusiastically. I envision both day trips, and 2 - 3 day excursions with a preplanned route. All cars and bikes are welcome! If you're proud of your ride, and like to drive enthusiastically, then join up.

Do you seek out the twistys instead of the freeway? Me too. I envision road trips caravan style, with lunch and dinner stops at a great burger joint or a cool pub. Multi-day trips would end up at an affordable motel.

No boring monthly meetings, no dues, no standing around a parking lot once a month looking at the same cars, no planning annual car shows. Foreign and domestic rides are welcome. I have both. If you're proud of your ride, don't put down someone else's car, enjoy getting familiar with other cars, and are not a snob about your marque, then you will fit in. Does stomping on the loud peddle put a shit eating grin on your face? Do you feel good when you nail the apex? Do others not understand when you take the long way, or just go out for a drive? Join up.

How about wrenching sessions? Have a project to do and need an extra pair of hands, deeper knowledge than you possess, or ideas for your ride? In my experience, pizza and beer, along with camaraderie, usually are proper payment for an afternoons work. Sharing knowledge, tools, and a space to work, make the projects more manageable and fun.

I'm not looking for a huge group, just a group of guys and gals who want to get out and drive. Suggestions are welcome.
