This is a weekly group that meets for an hour. I started this group from a project that was required from one of my graduate school professors. I decided to continue this group with new participants. We will be focusing on change by taking a look at our dysfunctional behaviors and how we can begin to own our part in the role we play in inappropriate actions or reactions. This is not a group where we point fingers, rather we look at the problem and come up with a solution. Rules of the group: Privacy and confidentiality is required by all members. No monopolizing of group with personal agendas. No disrespectful comments or rude gestures because we all are mature adults. Respect each person's boundaries and limitations. This is not a dating or matchmaking group, so please don't come here looking for love. Always remember this is a voluntary meetup discussion group and you can leave when you want and also you can be asked to leave if you disrgard the rules. This group are for those individuals who really want to change and are committed to making an effort to do so. Changing one's behavior is work, draining, emotional and challenging. But persistence and perserverance makes a difference. We all have something about ourselves that we want and need to change. So take the step today to make that change.
