Lake Camanche

Details
Pack a lunch and we'll spend the day leisurely paddling and discovering what this lake has to offer!
The lake level is low but I've been assured there is still plenty of water.
I personally have not been to Lake Camanche for many years but have heard it's a nice paddling destination. For more info about the lake check out Janice Green's website as she has a great write-up and photos: http://www.paddlingcalifornia.com/Camanche_Lake.html
We'll launch at 10:30 from the South Shore and paddle for a couple of hours before we land for lunch. After lunch you are welcome to continue exploring or you may return to the put-in and call it a day. If you choose to continue exploring plan on returning to launch by 4:00. You may also bring your fishing pole and gear and spend the day fishing ($5 fishing permit required and 16 years of age and older need California fishing liscense). Lake Camanche has small and large mouth bass, catfish, crappie, kokanee, bluegill other sunfish and trout.
Delta Kayak Adventures will provide kayak, paddle & PFD's for $45 MUST LAUNCH BY 10:30 AND RETURN KAYAKS BY 4:00 PM
BRING YOUR OWN KAYAK AND GEAR FOR FREE! PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR COMING BY RSVPing in COMMENTS. Bring wheels in case needed to help get boats down to water.
There is a $8.00 vehicle entry fee. ALL BOATS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY FOR MUSSEL INSPECTION. At this time there is no charge for inspection.
