Welcome, Philadelphia E-Democracy Participants!

Mission Statement:
To make government responsive and accountable to 'we the people'.

Democracy 2.0 is an initiative by the Ben Franklin Thinking Society with the goal of accomplishing something important for the country; improve the democratic process to better represent the people of this great country.

This is a new group, and the techniques of how we will achieve this lofty goal are still unwritten. But if you have an interested in politics, have great ideas, and a drive to accomplish something, then your help will be welcomed.

Due to lack of participation, meetings will be scheduled on an as needed basis. While there may not be any scheduled meetings, the orginizers are hard at work pushing theses ideas forward. If scheduled please come prepaired with thoughtful ideas and the expectation to help volunteer for tasks that need to be accomplished to move the groups ideas forward.
