Jill Ater's Bio:

Jill Ater is the COO and Founding Partner of 10 til 2 – The Part-Time Placement Service. 10 til 2 is the Denver-based staffing company that specializes in supplying businesses with college-educated, experienced professionals on a cost-saving, part-time basis. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCSD, Jill began her career as a marketing manager at a microcomputer company; and then went on to work as an Account Executive at Grey Advertising in San Francisco. After meeting her husband, who worked for the State Department, Jill spent several years traversing the globe and residing in countries including South Korea and Niger, West Africa. Jill sits on the Steering Committee for the Women's College at DU Entrepreneurship Program; is on the Advisory Board for TeenForce, a non-profit program aimed at aiding teens in their pursuit of employment; and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association. Jill is widely considered an expert in the areas of specialized staffing, work-life balance strategies and the changing demographics of the U.S. labor force.
