this Meetup is announced to the Group
So you have an idea, maybe even a proof of concept, a prototype, or a beta... why don't we have a meeting of the minds on the most effective ways to get your idea, product, or service out to the masses. As I'm sure you all know, you can have the most revolutionary idea, but without proper marketing it's dead in the water. Mike Caskey is an expert in UX design (at least I think he is) and would be a great speaker on what makes people convert to sales. Josh Robinson and Brent Yoder have been with a startup from the ground up and seen first hand what tactics companies use to get more traffic (both the good and the bad tactics). Lucretia Madden Pruitt was very vocal with her expertise in social media and provided excellent feedback for those who participated in the last lightning round. Dave Woodall has vast experience (15 years I believe he said) with his business and online marketplace. And David Milliken (No photo on Meetup... so I'm guessing I have the right David) had some great ideas about social feedback and marketing. All of these people would make for outstanding speakers on what they've found works and doesn't work for various businesses. I think this would make for an interesting evening!
