In our Yoga of the Mind practice, the steps we use to do our basic energy healing are the same steps we use to do our personal meditation. It is amazing and inspiring how much we can positively influence how we feel and how well we perform through even a few minutes of this meditation. You will leave this talk with several tools to transform yourself on a daily basis.
David has studied and practiced meditation for over 35 years. He earned a BA and an MBA from Maharishi International University. David has been a Teacher of Meditation since 1977 and has taught widely in the US, exploring many methods of meditation, yoga, and personal development.
There will also be a drawing for David’s next class. Relieve your Stress with Grounding and Centering. There are two classes to each session (next class is Nov 3rd & 10th 2-4pm). The core benefit from the simple meditation and energy tools you will learn in the Grounding & Centering class is that you can relieve stress in your life.
