Denver SQL Server UG - Certification Study Group

The SQL 2012 Certification Study Group will start at 5:30pm Thursday Feb 28 at:
Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church
10150 E. Belleview Avenue
Englewood, CO 80111
(Same location as SQL Saturday).
We will be in the classroom CLC201 - in the building on the right, upstairs, first room on left.
The study group will meet every Thursday except for the third Thursday of the month (User group meeting) and go from 5:30pm to ~7:30pm.
Roughly 5 weeks per cycle:
1st cycle (Feb28 - Apr4 except Mar21) Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012

This will be a self-paced study group- the main books being used will be the Microsoft Press Titles of the same. But don't rely on just the training kits- you will need to read and study additional materials too.
Bring your questions! And get used to putting your nose to the grindstone and leaving it there. And hopefully by summer, you can have three certs under your belt and become an MCSA!
The first meeting will go over the plan of attack and review objectives for the first exam, 70-461.
Refreshments will be provided.
The church follows the weather schedule for Cherry Creek School District so follow them for any closures due to weather.
