Why: The dance aerobics class with heart! All -- 100% -- profits from the last Saturday of each month support educational and health programs with FAI (formerly Save the Children) in Sonora, Mexico. Get your weekend off to a great start and feel good about supporting kids. All levels, all ages, all body types welcome!

What: Fast-paced aerobics to Latin dance music. Learn basic moves to Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, and other Latin dances while getting a great workout.

When: EVERY Saturday 9 to 10am at DanzArtZ Studio, 520 Cherokee St., near 6th and Broadway.

How: Wear workout clothes and bring water bottle.

Cost is $8 drop-in or $60 for a 10-class punch card.

Saturday after Thanksgiving we ARE having class. Please come and bring a friend. Last Saturday of each month all profits donated to FAI-Sonora, Mexico--to support health and education programs for children. But EACH and EVERY Saturday, either Mercy or I are there ready to give a great Latin dance aerobics class, so please join us!
